Two young football coaches pass their first stage to becoming future coaches
Christopher Sallis and Claire Grey both 13 years old have been volunteer coaches for Cheltenham Saracens YFC since June 2008 mainly coaching U6`s & U7`s.
I have (Andy Sallis U7`s manager) designed a prelim level 1 football coaching course which will be a pathway for when these young coaches are old enough to take FA level 1,they both passed and are undertaking prelim level 2
Both coaches have worked extremely hard making session’s fun and enjoyable for young players, both of these coaches are valid members of our coaching staff.
We train every Saturday morning 0945-1130 at The University of Gloucestershire,Folley sports ground ,Swindon Road, Cheltenham,
The University of Gloucestershire sponsor this project through ACF project.
Both cert were presented by Chris Hawkins (far LH side photo) Cheltenham Saracens Football Club Chairman and Andy Sallis(second in from LH side) U7`s manager (Claire Grey third LH side,Christopher Sallis second RH side and Phil McCarthy Far RH side Joint Manager U7`s)
